I. The main producing area Hunan divides Yuzhu into 3 levels:

First class: The length is more than 10cm, stout, yellowish white, no more than 60 per l000g.

Second class: The length is more than 7cm, thick, yellowish white, no more than 100 per l000g.

Third class: Article length 3.5cm, no more than 200 pieces per 1000g.

Second, Guangdong divides the commodity Yuzhu into

(a) jade bamboo surface:

First class: flat cylindrical, golden yellow surface, yellow-white cross-section, translucent, soft, rich in sugar. Uniform slivers with a center circumference of 2.3cm or more.

Second Class: The central circumference is more than lcm, more than the same.

(b) Yuzhutou: All goods, flat cylindrical. The surface is yellowish, with yellow-white cross-section, translucent, soft, and the middle diameter is more than 3cm.

Wild Yuzhu goods: EC goods. Slender, light yellow, translucent, soft and delicate, to net hairs. [9]

Good and bad evaluation

Yuzhu commodities are thick, long, light yellow, full-textured, translucent, weight, and sugar. Thin and thin, color probe loose or hard, less than enough sugar. The cultivation of Xiangzhu and Haimen Yuzhu are preferred, while the cultivation of other areas is excellent, while the wild products are less.
