Yuhua tea is divided into four grades: premium first-grade Yuhuacha, premium second-class Yuhuacha, first-level Yuhuacha and second-level Yuhuacha.

The fresh leaves picked by Yuhua tea should be uniform and neat in size. Without single leaves, clips, fish leaves, insect injury leaves, purple leaves, red buds, hollow buds and so on.

Yuhua tea should have the appearance and inherent color, smell and taste of normal products, no odor, no bad change. Products should be clean and must not be mixed with non-tea inclusions. No coloring, no artificial synthetic chemicals may be added.

The following are the indicators of each grade of tea.

Premium Premium Yuhua Tea

Fresh leaves have one bud or one leaf point greater than or equal to 85% and a certain number of single buds, one bud and two leaves are less than 15%, bud length 2.0-2.5cm is greater than or equal to 90%, 2.6-3.0cm is less than or equal to 10%, and no 3.0cm or more buds.

Elements: The shape of pine needles, tight round straight, sharp Miao Miao, Baidu slightly. Shape: green color, level, clean, endoplasmic: fragrant fragrance long, soup bright green, bright taste of fresh alcohol, bright green leaves bottom.

Premium Grade II Yuhua Tea

Fresh leaves in a bud of a point greater than or equal to 75%, a bud and two leaves of less than 25%, bud length 2.0-2.5cm to be greater than or equal to 80%, 2.6-3.0cm less than or equal to 15%, 3.0cmc more than buds less than 5 %.

Elements: Shaped like pine needles, tight and round, slightly white.

Appearance: green color, leveling, clean, endoplasmic: aroma, soup bright green, bright taste, fresh, bright green leaves.

First Grade Flower Tea

The fresh leaves have one or more buds with 65% or more, one bud with two leaves less than 35%, buds with 2.0-2.5cm or greater than 70%, 2.6-3.0cm with less than or equal to 25%, or more than 3.0cmc with less than 5 buds. %.

Elements: similar to pine needles, straight, slightly flat.

Shape: green color is still smooth, still level, clean, endoplasm: aroma is still fresh, bright green soup, taste is still fresh, bright green leaves.

Secondary Rain Tea

Fresh leaves in a bud of a point greater than or equal to 50%, a bud and two leaves less than 50%, bud length 2.0-2.5cm to be greater than or equal to 60%, 2.6-3.0cm less than or equal to 30%, 3.0cmc more than buds less than 10 %.

Elements: similar to pine needles, still tight straight, with flat bar.

Appearance: green color, even level, clean, endoplasmic: fragrance is still fragrant, soup green is still bright, taste is still fresh, the bottom of the leaf is still green.
